The 2006 Cookie Packing Event was well attended.

THE MEETING WAS CALLED TO ORDER at 9:15 a.m. by Mark Backes. Mark thanked everyone for attending and participating in the cookie packing event.

MINUTES of the November 4, 2006, 2006 meeting were not distributed because of time constraints. These minutes will be distributed at the February 3, 2007 meeting for approval.

TREASURER’S REPORT – No financial report was submitted at this meeting due to time constraints. A financial report will be submitted at the February 3, 2007 meeting.

OLD BUSINESS

There was no old business discussed at this meeting.

NEW BUSINESS

There was no new business discussed at this meeting.

ALO REPORT - Major Tom Mattison spoke briefly, also thanking everyone for participating in the cooking packing. He stated that the boxes of treats are much anticipated and greatly appreciated by the AFA recipients.

Announcements

All Academy Ball – The 2006 All Academy Ball will be held at Olympic Hills Gold Club on December 29^th. Invitations and details have been sent to each individual cadet family.

Cadet sharing rounded out the meeting, which was then adjourned at 9:20 a.m. so that the cooking packing could commence.
